The Seville-born finalist enjoyed the stunning island of Ibiza at our new hotel, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thbhotels.com\/en\/hotel-naeco-ibiza\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">THB Naeco Ibiza Class****.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Maybe it was the wine or the good food, in either case, however, Elena decided to toss her swimming costume aside and put on an apron to make an exquisite artichoke risotto, alongside our chef.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-52239\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.thbhotels.comwp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Thb-Masterchef-14-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.thbhotels.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Thb-Masterchef-14-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/blog.thbhotels.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Thb-Masterchef-14-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blog.thbhotels.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Thb-Masterchef-14-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>The ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>150g of Arborio rice<\/li>\n<li>1 onion<\/li>\n<li>2 garlic cloves<\/li>\n<li>1 glass of white wine (better if it is Manzanilla or Fino [dry whites])<\/li>\n<li>500g of artichoke hearts<\/li>\n<li>1L of vegetable broth<\/li>\n<li>60g of parmesan cheese<\/li>\n<li>40g of butter<\/li>\n<li>100g of Spanish Iberian ham<\/li>\n<li>Oil<\/li>\n<li>Baby leaves for the garnish<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"width: 1200px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-52245-1\" width=\"1200\" height=\"510\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.thbhotels.comwp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/THB-Masterchef.mp4?_=1\" \/><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.thbhotels.comwp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/THB-Masterchef.mp4\">http:\/\/blog.thbhotels.comwp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/THB-Masterchef.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Finely chop the onion and the garlic and saut\u00e9 together.<\/li>\n<li>Once the onion and garlic are soft, add the rice and leave for 3 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Next, add the glass of wine, making sure it covers all the rice.<\/li>\n<li>Let it soak for 2-3 minutes until all the alcohol has evaporated and then, bit by bit, add the vegetable stock.
