OUR BOOKING POLICY AND OFFICIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT<\/h1>\n

Today we will be providing you with details of our booking policy and THB hotels\u2019 official terms and conditions of payment.<\/h2>\n

Flexible payment options and total confidence for our customers have always been key factors in our commitment to offering you full assurance and facilities when arranging your stay with us.<\/h3>\n

Over the years, our consolidated terms and conditions have remained unchanged.<\/p>\n

You have a choice of two payment options when booking with THB hotels<\/a>:<\/p>\n

  1. Bookings at website rates, no advance payment.<\/strong> Payment is made directly at the hotel. In this case, no charges apply to cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to arrival. In the case of no shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival, a cancellation charge of one night\u2019s accommodation will apply.
    \nUnder no circumstances will advanced payment be requested via email or any other medium in order to guarantee your booking at the hotel.
    \nOur policy and confidence guarantee that the terms and conditions of your booking will not vary for any reason whatsoever.<\/li>\n
  2. Bookings at non-refundable rate, advance payment.<\/strong> This is the best option if you know your exact travel dates and wish to take advantage of the best rates available. Book your room at our non-refundable rate. Full payment must be made at the time of booking, guaranteeing the best rates and discounts.
    \nNo cancellations or modifications are allowed with this option.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    In neither case is the Balearic Tourism Tax included.<\/strong>
    \nThis tax is payable at hotels on Majorca and Ibiza only.<\/p>\n

    Rates given at the time of booking do not include this tax, which is applicable to all rates.
    \nMinors under the age of 16 are exempt from the Tourism Tax.<\/p>\n
