Easy routes
Playa de Palma – Palma
This route is just the thing for those looking for a peaceful ride with sea views. If you’ve chosen one of our hotels in Playa de Palma for your holiday on Mallorca, then this is an excursion not to be missed! You can start from the hotel you chose for your holiday: the THB El Cid, THB María Isabel or THB Niágara. From your point of departure, follow the sea promenade as far as the centre of Palma, keeping the cathedral in your sights. This is a flat and clearly signposted route, just the thing for beginners and families. Along the way, you can stop off for a cooling dip in the sea, enjoy a drink at one of the terraces, and once in Palma, explore the city’s historic quarter.

Porto Cristo – Cala Millor
This is another excellent route for amateur cyclists. Starting from Porto Cristo, this coastal path heads east as far as Cala Millor. We recommend staying at the THB Felip, our hotel in Porto Cristo. There you can take a well-deserved break, chilling in the wellness zone or enjoying a relaxing massage after an intense day of sport.

If you’re looking for a more challenging route, then this is just the thing. This is a gentle climb, making it accessible for anyone with an intermediate level. On reaching Valldemossa, you’ll be rewarded by the sight of a unique town featuring Mallorca’s traditional marés sandstone houses and its delicious gastronomy. We strongly recommend the refreshing almond slushie and the sweet coca de patata pastries!

On leaving the THB Gran Playa or THB Gran Bahía hotels, head east, going past green fields and small villages, until you come to Capdepera, where you can visit the medieval castle or relax on one of the many beaches such as Cala Agulla and Cala Mesquida.
