PlansMajorca

The island of Majorca is famous for its turquoise and crystal-clear waters. In addition to beautiful beaches and dreamy coves, the island is full of magical locations that will surprise you.

Discover the wildest side of the island by visiting its natural caves, climbing its cliffs, crossing its waters or touring the Tramuntana mountain range.
It is not necessary to be an expert or a local to enjoy a day of adventure in Mallorca; There are activities suitable for all levels, to enjoy with friends, alone or with the family.
Now, we propose a series of activities to enable you to have fun surrounded nature:

Coastering: It is an adventure activity. It consists of taking a coastal route and combining hiking, cliff jumping from different heights, exploration of terrestrial or aquatic caves, diving, climbing, rappelling and water zip lines.
A refreshing activity where adrenaline is served.

Natural Caves: Mallorca hides a treasure underground. In Mallorca there are more than 200 caves and lakes of fresh and salt water. Formed over two million years ago due to various geological processes, it is said that the caves served as a refuge for the Arabs during the Christian conquest and later as a hideout for pirates and smugglers.
Stalactites, stalagmites, underground passageways, lakes of fresh and salt water… the island hides an archaeological paradise under its surface.
One of the most spectacular caves to visit is Cueva des Colom, located near Cala Romantica on the east coast. They are not commercial caves, but rather a unique experience to enjoy an underground paradise.
The cave can be accessed by swimming from Cala Falcó or by rappelling 25 metres down towards the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean.

Diving: Another way of getting to know this Mediterranean paradise is diving, its waters are calm and crystalline and that’s the reason why they offer such great visibility.
Mallorca’s sea bed offers a whole world waiting to be discovered: reefs, archaeological remains and a great variety of marine species. More information here

Kayak: there are areas on the Mallorcan coast that can only be explored by kayak due to its difficulty to access by land. An enjoyable activity where, in addition to discovering unusual and beautiful enclaves, you can also snorkel and observe the beautiful marine life..

Hiking: Hiking in Mallorca, you can find places of incredible beauty, crossing beautiful oak groves, cliffs with unique views of the sea, ravines and a multitude of trails that cross the entire Sierra de la Tramuntana.
A good starting route is Camí del Arxiduc, a spectacular route from the famous village of Valldemossa where you can enjoy spectacular views of the entire island. Do not forget to try the typical and delicious cocas de patata from Valldemossa when you reach the end of the route.
