Sóller Railway
His very special vintage train that runs on a narrow gauge track is guaranteed to delight adults and children alike. It will transport you back in time, taking you through thirteen tunnels ranging from 33 to 2,876 metres in length. You will also cross several bridges and the Cinc Ponts viaduct. It departs from Palma and goes through the charming town of Bunyola, offering all the family the chance to admire the succession of stunning landscapes before arriving in Sóller.

Puig de Galatzó Reserve
If your children love animals, then this will definitely be one of their favourite days out. This reserve provides a home for autochthonous wildlife. Whilst exploring the typical Mediterranean woodland you will come across swans, bears, ostriches and goats, and will also be able to spot birds of prey in the wild, such as eagles, vultures and falcons. Coves del Drach (Dragon Caves)

The Coves del Drach or ‘Dragon Caves’, located in the municipality of Manacor, just outside the town of Porto Cristo, boast one of the world’s largest underground lakes. S’Albufera Nature Park
If you’d like to spend time in contact with nature during your holiday, then make sure you find the time to visit S’Albufera, the Balearic Islands’ largest and most important wetlands. Visitors can explore this area via a number of fascinating itineraries: Colombars, Sa Roca, Camí d’Enmig – Ses Puntes and Cibollar.
The park is open to visitors between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. between 1st April and 30th September, and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. from 1st October to 31st March.

Bellver Castle
